Booking

A reservation is confirmed when payment is received or, on a pay-at-hotel rate, when we send the confirmation.

Cancellation

Free up to 48 hours before arrival. Inside 48 hours we charge the first night. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable and say so before you pay.

Damage

We would rather you told us.
